Janine SchubertJanine Schubert has been the Director of Product Services, Department of Education and Training since September 2002. Her role is to oversee a group of teams that:

  • ensure that national and state products meet Queensland training needs as well as providing mechanisms to support their successful implementation
  • provide leadership and strategic advice on product and service delivery
  • ensure that the Queensland VET workforce has the necessary capability in teaching, learning and assessment.

Janine is also responsible for a number of state and national projects including the Integrated Articulation and Credit Transfer Project. She has over 30 years experience in the education sector including early childhood teaching, prevocational teacher training, and VET.
Janine has been the QLD FLAG representative since October 2007.
Janine has a Bachelor of Educational Studies, a Master of Education and a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration.
