Sue Lapham

Sue has been involved in the training sector for the last 15 years. She is currently Executive Director Service Delivery, a position that covers a broad range of service delivery activities for the WA Department of Training and Workforce Development. Prior to this Sue was General Manager at WestOne Services. She combines her knowledge of information management, ICT, and education and training with a strong client focus to achieve innovative outcomes for the education and training sector. Sue has been involved with FLAG and the Australian Flexible Learning Framework since 2000, including her current involvement as FLAG member for Western Australia from March 2007.

Sue has also contributed to the Framework through the management of various national projects. Sue has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Information Management) and part completion of a Masters in Human Resources.
